Welcome to my Yoga Nest


Working, playing and everyday life can cause stress on our bodies. Taking time for ourselves is a key ingredient to staying balanced and feeling healthy and happy.

In times of COVID-19, take time to go for walks, meditate and do simple yoga practises from home to keep uplifted and balanced.

Increase vitality, tone organs, moisturize connective tissues and balance the nervous system. Enjoy seated poses, sun salutes and gentle backbends with meditation to inspire clarity of mind and a clear intention for the day. All levels Welcome.

Tuesdays and Wednesdays 7 to 8 pm

Join me for an hour of yoga on the deck at the end of the day. Release tension, unwind from your day and relax your body and mind.

Yoga Nest Pender Island Core and Restore by Ella Sokolosky
8:30 to 9:30am - Wednesday, Saturday

Core conditioning improves posture, strength, overall flexibility and joint mobility. Many physical pains can be relieved through proper alignment and support of the spine. We aim to maintain ease of mind with a focus on core stability with the use of straps and blocks. 

All levels welcome! Feel the combination of calm awareness and inner strength with this practice that builds overall strength.

 As we build our physical and mental strength we can challenge ourselves with more advanced postures and cardio flow.
