Working, playing and everyday life can cause stress on our bodies. Taking time for ourselves is a key ingredient to staying balanced and feeling healthy and happy.

In times of COVID-19, take time to go for walks, meditate and do simple yoga practises from home to keep uplifted and balanced.

Classes are OUTDOORS and weather permitting. Please wear warm clothing in layers as we may experience a range of temperatures, thanks!

Yoga Nest Pender Island Core and Restore by Ella Sokolosky
Tuesdays (4pm-5pm), Wednesdays (11am - noon), Saturdays (10am-11)

Light hand weights used to tone upper body and stabilize core muscles combined with yoga stretches and balance poses to round out this overall body-mind practice.

All levels welcome! Feel the combination of calm awareness and inner strength with this practice that builds overall strength.

Please bring your own yoga mat and towel or blanket!

 As we build our physical and mental strength we can challenge ourselves with more advanced postures and cardio flow.

Experience Yoga in Nature. A Standing warm-up before our meditation walk beside the ocean with more yoga upon arrival to a beautiful spot. Join us!
