Classes

Tuesdays (4pm-5pm), Wednesdays (11am - noon), Saturdays (10am-11)
Light hand weights used to tone upper body and stabilize core muscles combined with yoga stretches and balance poses to round out this overall body-mind practice.
All levels welcome! Feel the combination of calm awareness and inner strength with this practice that builds overall strength.
Please bring your own yoga mat and towel or blanket!
