Yoga Core and Restore
Core conditioning improves posture, strength, overall flexibility and joint mobility. Many physical pains can be relieved through proper alignment and support of the spine. We aim to maintain ease of mind with a focus on core stability with the use of straps and blocks. We are using small weights to build arm strength.
All levels welcome! Feel the combination of calm awareness and inner strength with this practice that builds overall strength.
